Chrysostom is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex disputes, regulatory issues, and high-stakes commercial engagements. He is widely recognised for his work in commercial and tax disputes, judicial review proceedings, public procurement, succession, private wealth and trust structures, and anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance. He heads the firm's Dispute Resolution, Private Wealth, and Regulatory Compliance practice areas.

Chrysostom is a qualified arbitrator and mediator, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Africa Arbitration Association. He advises clients through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, combining technical rigour with a practical and commercially focused approach to achieve effective outcomes.
