Globis is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience spanning tax law, dispute resolution, and corporate and commercial advisory. He brings a multi-disciplinary approach to legal practice, combining deep technical expertise in tax controversy with broad capabilities across commercial litigation and transactional work, making him well placed to advise clients whose legal challenges cut across more than one area of law. 

Globis's primary area of practice is tax law and dispute resolution. He specialises in representing and advising individuals, corporations, and multinational entities on complex tax matters across East Africa, covering the full lifecycle of a tax dispute from audit response and objection drafting through to Tax Appeals Tribunal proceedings, High Court appeals, and Alternative Dispute Resolution settlements across all major tax heads. 

Globis advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate, commercial, and employment matters. He assists businesses at every stage of their lifecycle from incorporation and structuring through to regulatory compliance and day-to-day legal advisory and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. 

Globis works with a broad portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity and investment funds, financial institutions, power and utilities companies, real estate developers, and public benefit organisations.
